There are a number of inexpensive single rooms available in student quarters, not earlier than the night of Saturday 9 September and not later than the night of 13 September (checkout in the morning of 14 September). The conference starts only on 10 September but we booked part of the rooms from Saturday 9 September to allow Apex flight tickets. Of course you can arrive on 10 September or later, as it suits you. People who want to arrive earlier or stay longer should find their own accommodation (see hotel info on the website, to appear soon). The rooms have hotel service (fresh linen every day) and breakfast will be served in a nearby university restaurant. The price is 1000 BEF (25 euro) per night and per person.
If you want to take advantage of this third possibility (and only in this case) please send
