Registration deadline
The early registration deadline is April 15,
2000. After this date a late registration fee will be
charged.
Full registration includes :
-Attendance at all sessions
-Conference proceedings, abstract book, list of participants
-Social events (among them the welcoming reception, excursion, banquet)
-Lunches and coffee/tea breaks
Conference fees
The early registration fee is 15000 BEF (375 Euro), 5000 BEF (125 Euro) for students. Student registration includes all, except excursion and banquet, proof of student status is required.
The late registration fee is 18000 BEF (450 Euro), 8000 BEF (200 Euro) for students.
The accompanying person
fee is 5000 BEF (125 Euro).
Payment of the registration fee should be done by giro transfer in Euro on account nr. 431-0370001-13, KBC Bank,
Ladeuzeplein15, 3000 Leuven, Belgium with mentioning the reference GPW-PATEI2-P3610, and the
name of the participant.
The registration fees mentioned above are exclusive bank transfer costs. Bank transfer costs should be paid by the participant.
In case of cancellation of registration fee before April 15, 2000, only the bank
charges will be withheld from the quota paid, the rest will be
refunded. If registration is cancelled after this date, the money
paid cannot be refunded.
